The Phor Tay Chinese Orchestra is an amateur Chinese orchestras in Penang
Currently with over 60 members
The orchestra has performed in Gurney Plaza, City Bayview Hotel and more destinations
With teacher and conductor Mr. Lai Ah Lai, we are aiming to be the most notable and leading Chinese Orchestra in Penang

Instruments

We have a wide range of traditional Chinese instruments. The orchestra is based on plucked and beated instruments. Songs will sound quite mono...
